Each year, the Indiana Lt. Governor’s Office and Indiana Department of Tourism recognize frontline employees for their hard work and dedication to the state’s hospitality and tourism industry.
“These professionals and their Hoosier Hospitality are the vibrant pulse that keeps the tourism industry alive and well in the state of Indiana,” said Indiana Lt. Gov. Sue Ellspermann. “It is a great honor to present these awards to such deserving tourism leaders whose work all too often goes unrecognized, but never unappreciated. They live out the Hoosier ideals each and every day as they are out on the front lines showing the public what makes Indiana a great place to visit.”
Visitors to Fort Wayne and guests at the downtown hotel have commended the Hilton Bell Staff time and time again for their exceptional professionalism, knowledge of the city and efficient customer service.
“We’re extremely proud of Rich, Dick and Robin. They live our brand promise to ensure every guest feels cared for, valued and respected every day,” said Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center General Manager Mark Luttik. “They oftentimes provide both the first and last impression our guests have of our hotel and our city. Their efforts are vital in Hilton Fort Wayne’s success in ranking near the top of the brand for quality service.”
Visit Fort Wayne recognized Burridge, Reddeman and Pugh for their outstanding achievement in a private ceremony with hotel staff and guests earlier this month.
