News release from the Fort Wayne Police Department:
Drug Raid, 1114 West Jefferson Boulevard
Address: 1114 W. Jefferson Apt 4, Fort Wayne, Indiana
Today at approximately 3:10 PM Officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Bureau along with units from the Fort Wayne Police Gang and Violent Crime Unit served a search warrant at 1114 W. Jefferson Apartment 4. During the search of this apartment Officers found Heroin and Paraphernalia. Four adults were taken into custody and two were arrested and charged:
Christopher “Ace” Finley age 27
- 2 Counts Dealing Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Heroin) Level 4 Felony
- 1 Count of Maintaining a Common Nuisance Level 6 Felony
Demetrius Hern age 24:
- 4 Counts of Dealing Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Heroin) Level 5 Felony
- 1 Count of Maintaining a Common Nuisance Level 6 Felony
- 1 Count of possession of Marijuana Misdemeanor
Both Christopher and Demetrius are from Detroit Michigan. This is an ongoing investigation in the sale and distribution of Heroin that has been plaguing the City of Fort Wayne.
