Road Sensor Repair Scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, on U.S. 24 in Allen County
Motorists can expect daytime road work near the Ohio State Line
(June 5, 2015) – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that lane restrictions on U.S. 24, in Allen County near the Ohio State Line, are scheduled to begin Tuesday, June 9. The restrictions are needed to facilitate the repair and replacement of roadway sensors.
On Tuesday, June 9, beginning at 9 a.m., the eastbound right lane will be restricted, followed by the eastbound left lane, weather permitting. Beginning at 1 p.m., the westbound left lane will be restricted, followed by the westbound right lane. Work should be completed by 5 p.m.
INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through an active construction zone.
