* AT 220 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 4 MILES EAST OF ROLLING HILLS…OR ABOUT 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FORT WAYNE. RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH PER HOUR WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON LOW LYING ROADS AND INTERSECTIONS.
