Warrants Issued for Two Additional Individuals Involved in IHOP Video
(April 22, 2015) – The Allen County Prosecutors office has issued arrest warrants for Dustin T. Sunderland and Nikkole A. Baker for crimes committed during the recent videotaped arrest of Shana Hancock at a local IHOP.
- Dustin Sunderland is charged with Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Driving While Suspended.
- Nikkole Baker is charged with Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.
Nikkole Baker was arrested by Allen County Warrants Officers on Tuesday evening and is currently in the Allen County Jail on $750.00 bond. She will make an initial appearance this morning. Dustin T. Sunderland was not located and still has the active warrants.
