Special BOC Meeting on Sewer Rates Set for March 18th
(March 12, 2015) — The Allen County Board of Commissioners will meet in special session on March 18 to resume discussion on petitions objecting to a new rate ordinance adopted last December by the Allen County Regional Water and Sewer District.
The meeting will be held in the Council Courtroom (Suite 035) of Citizens Square, 200 East Berry Street, starting at 5:30 p.m.
The commissioners held hearings on January 30 on petitions objecting to the rate ordinance which were submitted by ratepayers of the Platter Parkway Group and the Cedar Canyons/Cedar Shores Section (Greater Cedar Creek Watershed).
