HAZARDOUS WEATHER…
* WIND CHILLS WILL GENERALLY RANGE BETWEEN 5 BELOW AND 20 BELOW THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.
* SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS AFTERNOON OR EARLY THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT. THE PERIOD OF HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED THIS EVENING. THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF OVERNIGHT.
* ACCUMULATIONS…1 TO 3 INCHES.
* STRONG SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

* PROLONGED COLD…ANY EXPOSED SKIN WILL BE PRONE TO FROST BITE.
