Search Warrant Service and Arrests
On 12/05/2014 at approximately 5:03 p.m. members of the FWPD Emergency Services Team and members of the Vice and Narcotics Units conducted a high risk search warrant in connection with the dealing of heroin at 2710 Chestnut Street with a suspect known to be armed. A handgun with a loaded extended high capacity magazine was recovered at the scene. Two small dogs were removed by Animal Care and Control. The following subjects were arrested in connection with this investigation.
Joseph Surry – adult/male/age 43
Charges:
- Dealing Heroin – two counts
- Possession of a Handgun by a Serious Violent Felon
Marquetta Loper – adult female/38
Charges:
- Possession of Marijuana
- Resisting Law Enforcement
