Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:

Rainy day for election day

(November 4, 2014) – A cold front will approach our area from the west through the day. Rain showers are expected to accompany the front as it moves into the region. Rain will gradually end from west to east as through front advances. Breezy southwest winds of 10 to 20 mph with higher gusts will precede the front. Afternoon highs are expected to reach the mid to upper 50s ahead of the front. Clouds will diminish overnight as temperatures fall into the upper 30s to lower 40s.
