Morning Lane Restriction of SR 14/Illinois Road Scheduled for Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21
Restricted to one lane while setting bridge beams
(October 17, 2014) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that the eastbound lane of SR 14/ Illinois Road between River Oak Run and Abbey Place Boulevard will be restricted during the unloading and placement of bridge beams. One lane will accommodate both directions of traffic, under the direction of flaggers. Drivers should be prepared to slow down and stop.
Motorists may seek alternate routes.
The restriction is scheduled to be in effect between 9 a.m. to noon on Monday, October 20, and Tuesday, October 21.
All work is weather permitting.
INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through this construction zone.
