Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Cooler this weekend…
(October 17, 2014) – Strengthening west-southwest winds in advance of a cold front will allow warmer air to overspread the area today with highs forecast to reach the mid to upper 60s. A much cooler airmass will filter in behind this cold front tonight into this weekend, with highs on Saturday possibly struggling to get out of the 40s in spots. A series of upper level disturbances dropping through the lower Great Lakes may bring a few showers or sprinkles to the area tonight into Saturday, with Sunday looking like the better weekend day.
