Sales and Distribution of Spice arrest
(October 3, 2014) – Shortly before noon on October 3rd, 2014 Detectives of the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Bureau closed a lengthy investigation involving the sales and distribution of Synthetic Marijuana also known as Spice.
The apprehension of Steven Jeffery Myers occurred at the intersection of Broadway and Taylor when his Black Dodge Charger was stopped by Uniform Detectives. Steven Myers age 23 was arrested and charged with:
Dealing Synthetic Marijuana Level 6 4 counts
Possession of Synthetic MarijuanaDuring the traffic stop leading to the charges of Dealing Synthetic Marijuana Steven Myers was found to be in possession of over 20 grams of Synthetic Marijuana on his person and in his vehicle. The arrest was made without incident.
This investigation is ongoing.
