The only place for most in Fort Wayne to get chili dogs is Coney Island on Main Street in downtown Fort Wayne.
This year, is the 100th anniversary of the stand’s opening. To celebrate, they are having a free block party and beer tent on Saturday, September 20, 2014. The fun begins at 11 am. The location is the block in front of the business at 131 W. Main Street.
The fun will include:
- Live bands
- Classic cars
- $1.50 Coney dogs
- Beer tent
- Birthday cake
- Coke-N-A-Bottle
- Photo, Trivia and Costume contests
