Beat of a Different Drum-Fundraising Event

What: Beat of a Different Drum – A Fundraising Event featuring a live Taiko performance!

Please join us Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Wunderkammer Company for Beat of a Different Drum, a collaborative fundraiser with Fort Wayne Dance Collective and Fort Wayne Taiko. Proceeds from this event go to support Fort Wayne Taiko, a program of the Fort Wayne Dance Collective.
Beat of a Different Drum will include a cash bar starting at 7:00 prior to an hour-long live performance by Fort Wayne Taiko starting at approximately 7:30 pm. The performance will feature songs the group learned on their trip to Japan last summer. Cover for this event is $10.
Fort Wayne Taiko is an emerging group that has provided Northeast Indiana with taiko classes, workshops, lecture-demonstrations and performances featuring original music since 2000. For more information about Fort Wayne Taiko, please visit fwdc.org.
Fort Wayne Dance Collective is a non-profit, arts organization whose mission is to inspire and empower people of all ages and abilities through movement and rhythm. FWDC is celebrating its 35th year serving Northeast Indiana with educational and entertaining programs.
