THE COMBINATION OF THIS COLD AIR AND WINDY CONDITIONS WILL LEAD TO BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS AS LOW AS 10 BELOW TO 20 BELOW ZERO THURSDAY MORNING. IN ADDITION…LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING…WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION POSSIBLE.
