LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO OVERSPREAD THE AREA FROM SOUTH TO NORTH DURING THE EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON HOURS…AND CHANGE OVER TO A PERIOD OF FREEZING DRIZZLE OR A LIGHT SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE MIX LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW FREEZING THROUGH THIS PERIOD…SO ROADS AND BRIDGES IN THE AREA COULD BECOME VERY SLIPPERY LATER THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT…AND POSSIBLY INTO THE MORNING COMMUTE
TIME ON MONDAY. ANYONE PLANNING TRAVEL ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF SLICK ROADS…AND STAY UP TO DATE ON THE LATEST FORECASTS.
