News release from INDOT:

SR 930 (Coliseum Boulevard) and US 27 (Lima Road) Asphalt Resurfacing to Begin Monday, April 15
Restrictions will take place during evening and nighttime hours for duration of the project

(April 12, 2013) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces asphalt resurfacing work on SR 930 (Coliseum Boulevard) and US 27 (Lima Road) in Fort Wayne is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 15, weather permitting.

On April 15, at approximately 7 p.m., US 27, between SR 930 and Washington Center Road, and SR 930, between I-69 and Reynolds Street, will have intermittent nighttime lane restrictions to accommodate initial, preparatory project work prior to the actual milling and resurfacing work. These intermittent restrictions will lift daily by 6 a.m., and are expected to be complete by April 26, weather permitting.

Beginning in early May, US 27, between SR 930 and Washington Center Road, will be restricted to one lane in each direction as milling and asphalt resurfacing begins in this area. Lane restrictions on US 27 will take place during the evening and nighttime hours for the duration of the project, with most restrictions being lifted at 6 a.m. daily.

Later this spring and summer, SR 930 will be milled and resurfaced, from I-69 to Parnell Avenue and from Crescent Avenue to Reynolds Street, just south of the Cloverleaf. Again, lane restrictions will take place during evening and nighttime hours, with most restrictions being lifted at 6 a.m. daily.

The entire project is scheduled to be complete in mid-October. The contract was awarded to Brooks, based on the low bid of $4.3 million.
