UPDATE: Suspect Identified and Active Warrants for Armed Robbery at Walgreens
ORIGINAL RELEASE of Investigation Details:
The Allen County Sheriff’s Department is seeking information regarding an armed robbery that occurred on 1/11/13 at approximately 8:31 pm at the Walgreens on SR 1. A female white in her early 20’s entered the store and approached the check out with an item. When the cashier scanned the item the suspect demanded money and pointed a black handgun at the cashier. After the cashier was unsuccessful at opening the register, the suspect then turned to a customer behind her and demanded her purse while pointing the gun at her. The victim gave up her purse and the suspect fled the store. The purse contained an undisclosed amount of cash along with several credit cards.

The Allen County Sheriff’s Department would like to thank everyone involved for their help in identifying the suspect from the armed robbery at Walgreens on State Road 1 in Allen County that occurred on 1/11/13 at approximately 8:31 pm. The suspect has been identified as TRACI L. DENNISON A.K.A. TRACI L. COPELAND DOB: 07/27/1976. She has 2 active warrants regarding this incident, one for robbery and the second for attempted robbery. Once again we need the help of Allen County residents, anyone that knows the whereabouts of Traci Dennison is asked to contact the Allen County Sheriff’s Department – Warrants Division at 260-449-7636 or Allen County Dispatch at 260-449-7661.
