Medical Annex now open
Power has been restored to the Department of Health’s Medical Annex at 4813 New Haven Avenue.
The Annex houses the department’s Immunization, Sexually Transmitted Disease and Infectious Disease clinics.
Anyone needing to schedule an appointment or to check on the status of a prior appointment in one of the clinics can call (260) 449-7504.
