THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS…MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. A FEW OF THE STORMS MAY BE SEVERE WITH DAMAGING
WINDS AND LARGE HAIL AS THE MAIN THREATS…MAINLY ALONG AND NORTH OF THE ROUTE 30 CORRIDOR.PEAK AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX READINGS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH INTO THE 97 TO 102 DEGREE RANGE.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY
THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS AGAIN WEDNESDAY. AN ISOLATED STRONG THUNDERSTORM IS POSSIBLE.
INTENSE HEAT IS ANTICIPATED DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS OF THE WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY PERIOD. PEAK AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX READINGS OF 100 TO 105 ARE POSSIBLE…AND EVEN AS HIGH AS 105 TO 110 ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
