NISBC Enhances Training Program with New Topics
Vision 2020 – A Program of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership and Honeywell among presenters for session held at Indiana Tech
On July 14, 2011 – The Northeast Indiana Sustainable Business Council (NISBC) will launch a newly revised training program for businesses in Northeast Indiana. Joined by Vision 2020 – A Program of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Honeywell and certified sustainable businesses, the program offers a variety of important topics for attendees.
The session on July 14th will be located at the Indiana Tech Fort Wayne campus located at 1600 E. Washington Blvd in the Andorfer Commons building, Room 206 from 9am to 2pm with registration beginning at 8:30am. Cost for attending is $25 in advance or at the door (fee includes lunch).
The program will cover topics on energy efficiency, community and economic development, green office solutions, and much more. Tours of Indiana Tech’s LEED certified Wilfred Uytengsu, Sr. Center will be available at 1:30pm.
The NISBC is a Public-Private-Nonprofit effort that collaborates with local government, utilities and regional mission organizations. Founders of the NISBC include the City of Fort Wayne, Fort Wayne Metals, Hagerman Construction, A. Hattersley & Sons, Indiana Tech, Lincoln Financial, Parkview Hospital, Rothberg, Logan & Warsco, Transformations Furniture and the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne.
