Last Wednesday, April 27, 2011, the neighborhoods of Illsley, West Foster Park and Southwood Park held a City Council 5th District Debate on the former campus of Taylor University.
Republican Ben Hall and Democrats Dennis Ferguson and Geoff Paddock were in attendance. Â Democrats Richard Cline and Maye Johnson was absent. Â It was stated that both were sick, however, Cline was seen at Mayor Henry’s Spaghetti Dinner just a couple of hours prior to this debate.
