Fort Wayne City Councilman Glynn Hines held his 12th annual State of the 6th District address yesterday at Link’s Wonderland.
I’ll have video posted from the event in the next day or two.
For now, one of the speakers was House Democrat Phil GiaQuinta (HD80) who talked about the walkout by the House Democrats.
