Established in 1995 by Hal Barry and Chris Schoen, Barry Real Estate Companies, Inc., has been responsible for the development and renovation of approximately four million, rentable square feet of office space throughout its history. Barry has completed developments in Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Florence, South Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; Orlando, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. Barry CEO Chris Schoen is the principal developer of The Harrison. The company was also the project manager for the construction and development of Parkview Field.
