The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission meets tomorrow at 4:30.
The meeting begins at 4:30 pm in Room 128, which is the City Council Chambers, of the City-County Building. Â The agenda may be downloaded here.
There are rumors of a news conference in the morning or early afternoon to talk about The Harrison, mixed-use development project, which is the last component of the first phase of Harrison Square to be realized. Â I’ve been told that all of the required leases are in place and they will be revealed tomorrow. Â The second floor of the to-be-built building will be leased by a local law firm with a connection to the City Council and another to the Redevelopment Commission. Â Your view of the entire Harrison Square project will probably determine your response to the news.
Along with the Harrison Square part of the agenda, they will also be discussing the Redevelopment Commission’s annual report.
Full details, photos and video to be posted here on AFW tomorrow.
