Super Shot Clinic Closed for Holidays
(December 16, 2010) – Please note the Lutheran Hospital Super Shot Clinic at RediMed/Business Health, 315 E. Cook Rd., Fort Wayne,
will be closed on Saturday, December 25 and Saturday, January 1.Normal business hours for this clinic will resume on Saturday, January 8, 2011 from 9am to 12pm.
Super Shot —a non-profit, non-governmental program— operates an independent reduced cost immunization program ($8 per shot though no one is turned away for inability to pay; Medicaid accepted) that serves children in Allen and surrounding counties with family friendly hours and convenient locations. Last year, 12,243 children received more than 41,000 immunizations through this program. Have questions about Super Shot locations?
