Tomorrow at 3 pm, there will be a Friends of the Parks lecture at the Allen County Public Library about Headwaters Park.
The presenters will be Headwaters Park Executive Director Geoff Paddock and Fort Wayne City Councilman John Shoaff. Â From the flyer:
Geoff Paddock and John Shoaff will speak about the history, development, and now present use of Headwaters Park in downtown Fort Wayne. John Shoaff was president of the Headwaters Commission from its inception in 1987 until it completed its work 12 years later and turned management of Headwaters Park over to the Headwaters Alliance and Geoff Paddock. Since 1993, Geoff Paddock has served as Executive Director of the Headwaters Park Flood Control Project through the Headwaters Park Alliance, Inc.
The lecture will be in Meeting Room C at the Main Branch of the Allen County Public Library.
