Allen County Drug Court program’s successful recertification
(November 9, 2010) – The Allen Superior Court is pleased to announce that the Indiana Judicial Center conducted a certification review of the Allen Superior Court Criminal Division Services Drug Court/Problem-Solving Court on September 13-14, 2010.
A letter and a final report from the Judicial Center to Judge Frances C. Gull, Administrative Judge of the Criminal Division and the Drug Court judge since 2002, were issued on October 26, 2010 announcing the court’s compliance with IC 33-23-16, ten key components, the Interim Problem-Solving Court Rules and the Drug Court Rules.
Judge Gull said, “We are pleased to have received our recertification and to continue operating one of the best Drug Courts in the state of Indiana.”
The successful review results in the award of a three-year certificate for Allen County’s Drug Court Program that will expire on September 14, 2013.
The letter from the Indiana Judicial Center is attached. The detailed final report is available for inspection from Ms. Kim Churchward, Director of Allen Superior Court’s Criminal Division Services located at 100 W. Columbia St. in Fort Wayne.
