Cancer treatments to be discussed on Healthline
(July 22, 2010) – Cancer treatments, with a focus on stereotactic radiosurgery, will be the main topic on the next Healthline on WFWA PBS39. The program airs live at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 27.
Dr. Marc Apple, oncologist, Radiation Oncology Associates, will be the guest on the program. He will discuss how stereotactic radiosurgery works and what patients can expect from the treatment option. Dr. Apple will also discuss risfactors associated with cancer and advances in technology.
