City offices closed Monday for Independence Day holiday
Garbage, recycling pick-up unaffected

(June 30, 2010) – The City of Fort Wayne’s offices, including the 311 Call Center, City Utilities, Animal Care and Control, and Parks’ community and youth centers, will be closed Monday, July 5 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Residential garbage and recycling pick-up will keep its regular schedule that week.

The City’s parking meters will be free Monday because of the City holiday.

The City will have regular hours Tuesday, July 6.
