Community invited to say good-bye to Pleasant Center
Current and former staff, students and families of Pleasant Center Elementary School are invited to celebrate the school’s history. Pleasant Center, 2323 W. Pleasant Center Road, opened as a township school in 1952 and later became a part of Fort Wayne Community Schools. From 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, the community is invited to walk through the building and share memories one last time before the school closes at the end of the school year.
