Word of another 3rd District House Candidate has reached me.
Mike Foster, FexEx employee and Allen County Sheriff’s Reserve Deputy, will be announcing for the Republican nomination 3rd district.  Mike was the Democrat nominee against Mark Souder in 2000.  I would expect the announcement sometime today or tomorrow.
