SAINT JOSEPH RIVER OHIO ABOVE NEWVILLE AFFECTING ALLEN…DE KALB AND DEFIANCE COUNTIES

.RECENT SNOWMELT COMBINED WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR AN INCH OR MORE OF RAINFALL OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS MAY RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING ALONG THE SAINT JOSEPH RIVER FROM MONTPELIER TO NEWVILLE.
