.LIGHT WINDS COUPLED WITH VERY MOIST LOWER LEVELS WILL LEAD TO AREAS OF DENSE FREEZING FOG THIS MORNING ACROSS SOUTHWEST LOWER
MICHIGAN…NORTHERN INDIANA AND NORTHWEST OHIO. A FREEZING FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE AREA. VISIBILITIES WITHIN THE ADVISORY AREA WILL DROP TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS WITH SOME LOCATIONS NEAR ZERO POSSIBLE. WITH TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING… MOISTURE FROM THE FOG WILL FREEZE ON SURFACES RESULTING IN A THIN LAYER OF ICE… CREATING SLIPPERY SPOTS…ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES…SIDEWALKS AND UNTREATED ROADS.
