The Allen County Sheriff’s Merit Board will meet next Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
The notification reads:
On Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at 2:00 pm, the Allen County Sheriff’s Merit Board will convene a public meeting pursuant to Ind. Code 5-14-1.5-3 and the rules of the Allen County Sheriff’s Merit Board for the purpose of voting and taking official action on the petition for termination of officer Brett E. Whan filed November 10, 2009 by the Allen County Sheriff. The Allen County Sheriff Merit Board has previously met in Executive Session pursuant to the amended notice of public meeting on Thursday, December 10, 2009. The Merit Board certifies that the only business which was conducted during the Special Executive Session was deliberation of the pending administrative case. The vote and announcement of the decision will be made at the public meeting at the date, time and place set forth in this notice.
