PLAINS AND INTO THE GREAT LAKES…SUPPORTING A STRONG COLD FRONT
THROUGH THE REGION. WINDS WILL SHIFT WESTERLY AND INCREASE DURING
THE MORNING ON WEDNESDAY. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH
GUSTS OVER 60 MPH WILL DEVELOP LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING AND PERSIST
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE CAN BREAK TREE
