This is on the bridge over the St. Mary’s River on Wells/Ewing Street.
It blocks the entire sidewalk and one has no choice but to step onto the street – on what can be a very busy street – to navigate around it. Â Plus, if you’re going south, you can barely see around it – well, perhaps it’s just me because I’m horizontally challenged. Â Anyway, hopefully it will be gone or at least moved down the sidewalk a ways before too long. Â It’s been there at least a couple of weeks… This photo was taken two days ago, so it could no longer be there, have to wait and see…
