Notes from the City Council meeting.  For some reason my battery didn’t charge this afternoon.  I will not be updating this post live.

Pat Roller is presenting the 2010 Civil City Budget to the City Council.

Councilman Tim Pape just announced he will again be moving to cut the Communications department from the budget, as promised last year.
