Accident Damages Traffic Signal
Coldwater Morning Commute to Look Different

Morning rush hour traffic on Coldwater Road just north of Dupont Road should use caution when traveling Friday. A traffic accident severely damaged the traffic signal at the intersection of Coldwater and Mill Lake Road Thursday night. The intersection is about a ¼ of a mile north of Dupont.

Currently, temporary four-way stop signs are in place. The signal will be restored to a flashing status by early Friday morning. At that time, motorists on Coldwater will have a flashing yellow light and a red flashing light (stop) will be in operation for those on Mill Lake.

The signal is expected to be fully operational by late tomorrow afternoon.
