Fort Wayne Newspapers Three Rivers Festival is pleased to announce exciting musical offerings on Fridays during the 41st Three Rivers Festival.
PINK DROYD, presented by WXKE Rock 104, will open the Three Rivers Festival Event Pavilion on July 10, the first Friday evening of the Three Rivers Festival.
Performing as a Pink Floyd “super tribute” band, PINK DROYD will delight Three Rivers Festival goers with their renditions of the original band’s psychedelic rock hits. Opening for PINK DROYD will be local bands Tone Junkies and Minds Eye.
Slip on your flip-flops, grab a cheeseburger and join the fun on Friday, July 17, when Parrots of the Caribbean transforms the Event Pavilion with their festive island mood! Hosted by WLDE 101.7, Parrots of the Caribbean, one of the top Jimmy Buffett tribute acts in the country, will flood the Pavilion in fun, high-energy, sing-along songs.
Opening for Parrots of the Caribbean will be local bands, The Steve Squires Band and Island Vibe Band.
For both concerts, gates will open at 6PM, and will be open to all ages. General Admission Tickets for each concert will be $8 at the door, or $5 with a Festival button.
