Before the public was given the opportunity, a show of hands revealed that those wanting to speak against the project outnumbered those in favor by half.
They are hearing testimony from those in support of the project. Â So far, we’ve heard from Anne Helmke, Vincent Village, and Linda Buskirk to name a few.
Carolyn Devoe is now speaking, more out of concern, than opposition.
