The Parkview Field liquor license permit is currently before the local Alcohol Beverage Commission for consideration. Â John B. Kalb is remonstrating and has presented his arguments against the permit. Â They are going through his points right now. Â
There is concern over whether or not the sign notifying the public of the public hearing for the permit has been placed on a public thoroughfare. Â The sign is on a corner of the ballpark, off Ewing Street and where you enter down a slope to either the ballfield or into what will be the garage of The Harrison.Â
They are now discussing whether or not the absence of remonstrators from the residential areas makes a difference.
