Â While the parking deck is nearing completion. Â In fact, Harrison Street will be closed between Jefferson Boulevard and Douglas Avenue for the next three weeks. Â

Please be advised Harrison Street will be closed to all traffic between Jefferson Blvd. and Douglas Street.
The closure will begin Friday, October 3, 2008, and continue for 3 weeks, weather permitting.
The closure will allow the contractor, Martin Inc., to install a large crane on Harrison Street for the completion of the parking garage as part of the Harrison Square project.
A detour route will be established that will utilize Douglas St., Calhoun St., andÂ
Washington Boulevard for northbound traffic. Southbound traffic will be directed to Jefferson Blvd., Calhoun St., and Douglas Street.Access to the parking lot south of the Embassy Theatre for the Park Department will be maintained from Jefferson Blvd. only.
The contractor will be responsible for placement and maintenance of all warning signs and barricades.
