Tonight, shortly before sunset, there were some brilliant clouds passing over the downtown Fort Wayne area. Â Unfortunately, by the time I finished up what I was doing and made it to the roof, the beautiful parts had already passed. Â If you look at the above photo, they are in the background, the purple-orange shading. Â From my vantage point, I was in the middle of a clearing with clouds streaming by to the East and West of my position. Â By the time the sun set, clouds were again everywhere. Â Luckily, Ike fizzled before reaching our area, and we saw nowhere near the amounts of rainfall they had been predicting. Â Full photo set.
