I noticed that the former NBC 33 Station and Studios at 2633 has some construction equipment sitting on the East side of the building. In front, is a Bercot sign. A search of the Allen County Property Records indicates the site is now owned by Five H Ranch, Inc., out of Ligonier Indiana. The property was sold on July 5, 2007 for $570,000. I vaguely remember a news article about this somewhere, but can’t locate it.Â
Anyway, I’m just wondering if anyone knows what is going on with the property.
