On the East side of the old Graphic Arts Building at 222 West Wayne Street is a Barack Obama campaign banner. While a pretty good size, it’s nothing of the size of last year’s now infamous Matt Kelty banner that hung on the Ross Building on Main Street – within view of the City-County Building.
