The Fort Wayne City Council met tonight and approved R-08-02-07 with a vote of 8-1. The Coucilman voting against was Mitch Harper. He cited House Bill 1001 as the reason for his no vote. Below are links to mp3 files. The first is the complete recording of the Committee Session including the Public Hearings. The second file is the Public Hearing for the above resolution while the third file is the Council discussion on it. I will be posting the Regular Session and Councilman Mitch Harper’s comments tomorrow.
