2005/08/28: East side of the Alexander Taylor Rankin House

Photos of the work on the exterior of the Alexander Taylor Rankin House at 818 South Lafayette Street in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The photos were taken August 28, 2005.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The house was restored and is owned by ARCH Fort Wayne Indiana.

Alexander Taylor Rankin House, also known as the Maier-DeWood Residence, is a historic home located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was built about 1841, and is a 1 1/2-story, three-bay by two-bay, Greek Revival style brick dwelling.
