The Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a one-story residential structure fire in the 600 block of East Sherwood Terrace at 1408 hours on February 21, 2025.

FWFD Engine 11 arrived on the scene first and extinguished a fire in an attached garage. The rest of the home was searched for possible victims, but three occupants had already exited the home safely. No injuries occurred at this incident and the cause is being investigated.
Fire Damage: Moderate
Water Damage: Minor
Smoke Damage: Moderate
