Beginning Monday, December 2, 2024, will open the gate at the Hosey Dam, lowering the river levels so crews can perform essential upkeep on stormwater outfalls.

Temporary River Adjustment for Essential Stormwater Maintenance

Fort Wayne, Indiana (November 27, 2024) – Beginning Monday, December 2, 2024, will open the gate at the Hosey Dam, lowering the river levels so crews can perform essential upkeep on stormwater outfalls.

The work will take about a month to complete. After the maintenance and inspections are completed, the gate will be closed, bringing river levels back up for recreational use.
